Commissioning artwork is very easy and it gives you the opportunity to get the exact painting that you would like to have for your wall! I work under a written contract that is agreed to by us both before the work is started. I also charge a deposit that is 50% of the final price for the work. If the final painting does not meet your satisfaction, then the deposit is fully refundable.
If you live in the Kansas City Area, I would be more than happy to sit down face to face with you and discuss what you like to have painted. Contact me through the website or call me at the number listed below and we will decide on a time and place to meet. At that meeting I ask that you bring any pictures and ideas that you would like to show me. After we fill out the contract and the deposit is paid, I will get to work and you should have your painting in about a weeks time. If it should take any longer, I will make sure that the timeline is agreed upon in the contract. If you live outside the Kansas City Area or are unable to have an in person meeting, then you can contact me through this website or call me at the number listed below and we will discuss your painting over the phone and through email. Once the contract is filled out and mailed in with the appropriate deposit, I will get started on your painting and and again you should have your painting within a week. If your painting has to be mailed, it will be mailed by USPS Priority Mail. I use Priority Mail so that I can track your artwork all the way into your hands. Your shipping cost will be added to the final amount once I have weighed your package.
